Pizza (one whole big one )
Yoghurt
Ice Cream
Chocolate
Coke
Quiche
Custard Slice
all since last night! I feel ill and really peeved off at myself. I am finding it very hard to get back on track.. it is worth it isn't it? I guess I need some words of confidence from others, I feel like I have blown all my good eating up until now!
Thanks for listening to my moan :)

Hi Pinkbug-
Sometimes you just go off the carb-wagon, and I'm sure you know this, but as long as it doesn't turn into weeks, you'll be fine!
You and I have the same goal!
Anyway, don't get down on yourself!!
Best, Teally

I just had surgery yesterday. I feel awful. I wish I could eat a pizza. If I find out I have to have more surgery I am going to cheat. I need some "comfort" food right now.
Try not to be so hard on yourself. Try to set a cheat day for yourself, that may help. Maybe once a month would help. :agree:
Have a wonderful day, Gina
