At Netrition.com, it lists 2 sizes for Carbquick. One of the sizes has soy oil and the other size has canola oil. Is this a mistake? It seems like it would be because why would you have different ingredients for different sizes of the same product?
What does Carbquick actually contain then? - canola or soy oil?
Thanks,
Patrick

Canola/Palm oil (no hydrogenated oil). Even though carbquik was reformulated months ago (maybe 8 months?), they didn't get around to changing the packaging until they came out with the 3 lb. box. If you buy carbquik from a store with 8+ month old product, then, maybe, it'll be soy, but that's pretty old stuff. If you're really concerned about the soy, buy the 3 lb. box.
