I can't find anything to enter in. I looked for artificial sweetner also and didn't find that. Am I just missing it? Thanks

I think you'll need to add it as a custom food. If you are using the granulated Splenda, it has 1 carb per 2 teaspoons, and 0.25 cals. 0 protein and 0 fat.

Oops, sorry. 1 carb has 4 calories. Forget the 0.25. :blush:

I just checked where I had entered it, and I have 0.5 carbs for 1 teaspoon, with 2 calories.
