Hello,

Can anyone recommend any good workout videos/DVDs?

I was thinking of getting the new Tae Bo video 'Flex' and a STOTT Pilates DVD. Does anyone know if they're good?

I am a fan of "CRUNCH: Fat Burning Pilates". It's fun and not all that hard, and the instructer is quite enjoyable.
