Has anyone ever had the Seafood/Shrimp salad from Long John Silver's restaurant?
What exactly are "crumblies"? Do they come separate or on the salad?
I always say no croutons, and most fast food restaurants offer them in a separate bag, which I discard. Just wondering if I need to say no "crumblies" or do they come separate?

Oh my gosh....I LOVE Long John Silvers chicken planks. It is a good thing and a bad thing that there is not a LJS in my state, I would eat too many of these! The crumblies are little pieces of the breading used for the chicken and fish. Very greasy and crunchy. I used to love these too....go figure. But now I would have to say pass on them.

Speaking of restaurants and fast food...

What are some low carb options that you enjoy?

I really like the Popeyes Naked Strips.
I often enjoy a LC Burger King Angus Burger.
Houlihans has a number of GREAT LC options, which include a side of Choliflower (sp) mashed potatoes - EXCELLENT.

I like Quizno's flat bread wraps on occasional for a treat or when I am out for the day and have to eat something quick

OH! I love those Quiznos things too. I will get them now and then. My favorite is to order the - what's it called - "Steakhouse Beef Dip" on the flatbread. I know it isn't on their LC menu, but I will still get it, now and then. Their salads are good, too. I don't know if I trust their net carb quotes completely, though. One of them claims to have 0 net carbs.
