skippys has introduced an all natural peanut butter. I have yet to try it but it has 4 net carbs!

nope, unfortunatley only a smooth version. i was really looking for crunchy peanutbutter last night and it just wasn't happening with the skippys natural so i had to buy to carb options stuff. Maybe next time tho...

At 4 net carbs, MOST of the real Peanut Butters will fit that. I've got a Teddie super chunky Old Fashioned Peanut Butter jar in front me, labeled 4 net carbs on the front label, with only Peanuts and Salt in it.

Skippy is ok at 3 carbs but the real stuff is worth the extra carb.

yeah, the real stuff has partially hydrongenated oils in it which is bad, so in my opinion the natural is worth the xtra carb.
