:yum: Carbquick Pizza (2 Servings)
500 calories, 8 Net Carbs (per serving)

Crust:
2/3 Cup Carbquick
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Lg Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Cup Water (more or less as needed)

Stir with a fork. I pressed into the bottom of a small 8" Nonstick Skillet
to form the bottom crust.

Sauce:
1/2 Cup Carb Fit Tomato Basil Sauce (out of a jar)
1 Average Size Link - Sweet Italian Sausage (Cooked and Sliced)

Spread the sauce over the crust and arrange the sliced sausage on pizza.

Top:
1/2 Cup Mozzeralla Cheese

Bake:
400-450 F for about 15-20 min. or until cheese bubbly and golden. Bake long enough for the crust to get crunchy. You should be able to slide the entire pizza out of the skillet and onto a serving dish.

I grated some fresh Parmarsan Cheese on top.

Did you make this in a regular pizza size pan? and one serving is half the pizza? thanks, it sounds so good. Gina

I have found that Carbquick can stick to a pan. For baking on a pan - try using a silicone baking pad (Silpat), nothing will stick to it. They cost about $20 and will last for thousands of uses. I used a nonstick 8-9" fry pan (skillet) that can in the oven over 350 degrees F for pizza above. Whenever I use a regular pizza pan the whole thing sticks.
