Doreen,
Hi, I was at the store and I wanted to buy the stuff to make this recipe - sounds yummy! Anyway, I bought chicken legs instead of thighs, duh! How will that alter the cooking time, do you think? Just wanted to get your opinion before I made a complete disaster out of it!
Thanks,
Tama

Chicken legs are just fine ... I sometimes buy chicken leg quarters, and just split them apart into thigh and leg portions. When split apart, they don't take much longer to bake than the thighs alone. The general rule for chicken is that the juices will be clear (instead of pink) when you pierce it with a fork.
Hmm, I haven't made these in a while, think I might whip up a batch tonight ... then I'll have some cold in the fridge to grab for snacks this weekend .. :)
Enjoy!
Doreen
