Hi all,
You might say that I was off on a very long escape from reality and now I'm back...well actually since Jan 24th. That is when I seriously got down to business.
I've lost almost 2 stone (6 pounds short of that) and feeling great. When you're big and walking around this side of the world you sure get a lot of stares, but I'll be saying bye bye to that soon enough.

Off to Kerry for a bit but will be back on soon enough.
