Can anyone tell me how many carbs are in a ceasar salad? I have looked in all the carb counters and tools and well as fitday and cannot find a count for it. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Tracie, when I do a caesar salad on fitday I use quantities for romaine lettuce, regular bacon, parmasan cheese and the dressing.... I don't think there is an acutal entry for "caesar salad"

There is a listing for it, but it's spelled C-AE-sar, not C-EA-sar. There is a whole breakdown of ingredients which includes croutons, so you will still have to do some tweaking.
