I was wondering if anyone's used any diet pills or vitamins to supplement their low carb lifestyle ? I'm just starting out and I'm looking for a good diet pill, so far I haven't found anything ever since they took ephedra off the market nothings really worked. Its my 2nd week in trying to decrease my carb intake, so far my biggest goal is to avoid binges (caloric intake past 2000 calories a day ) and keep daily carb intake under 200g . I'm feeling much better this week then I was in the previous two, so I guess my body's already adapting but results aren't too drastic since I have a lot of fructose in my diet -love fruit. Anyways. Any advice on diet pills will be greatly appreciated!

Agree with ponytail.
I take lots of vitamins and supplements, and no "diet" pill. Do my best to keep my carbs under 100, at least--don't measure, but sure lower than 200. I don't think I could tolerate that many and not be triggered into binges. One of the benefits of doing more of an Atkins approach and working up in carbs so you can tell how many are safe.
