:help: Got some of his bread mix and wanted to have it for Easter Sunday but couldn't find any reviews on it. Hate to have something taste yucky for company . Has anyone tried it? Thanks

I bought the mix but haven't tried it yet, so I am curious to see any responses, too!

I've never tried the mix, but I have bought the actual loaf. For someone who hadn't eaten bread in a while, it was nice to have tuna salad as a sandwhich. It's very fibrous. I think any non-LC would be very disappointed.

I've used the country white bread mix!
Didn't make it into a loaf of bread though.
Made it into pizza crusts and they were really good!

Thanks astrocreep, it is just my family and close friends and they are use to my weird lc recipes. I will do it!

LoL LEMME KNOW HOW IT GOES! Just a suggestion though: perhaps add some other flavors to the bread. Like make rosemary garlic rolls or something similar just to boost the GOOD flavors, LoL. Don't want a flop at easter dinner! LoL.

I have used the bread mix. In a bread maker... The loaf didn't turn out right. Was deformed. LOL! But then they replaced the product with another box, and it worked just fine. I just think it's easier to buy the pre-made bread.
