Hi everyone, here in Canada I have never been able to find low carb milk but finally found vitasoy low carb. I have a few recipes that are better with milk so this will do fine. 1/2 cup = 3 grms. carbs and 6 grms protein. On sale at Dominion for 1.99 (usually 2.99) It would be good for hot chocolate too.
