Hi,
I just invented something that was pretty good and can be cut into squares and re-heated for breakfast all week.
I just threw hamburger, onions, green peppers in a greased baking pan, topped with beaten eggs, shredded cheese...nothing special so far right?
the thing that made it good in my opinion was; I made bisquit dough out of carbquik and rolled it to about 1/2" thick and put it on top of this quiche mixture...it got crunchy and the egg is soft so the combo was great..
I baked it at 375 for about 20 minutes THEN put the bisquit on top then cooked at 425 for about 10/15 more minutes until browned....
I've included pics...
