Hi,
I just invented something that was pretty good and can be cut into squares and re-heated for breakfast all week.

I just threw hamburger, onions, green peppers in a greased baking pan, topped with beaten eggs, shredded cheese...nothing special so far right?

the thing that made it good in my opinion was; I made bisquit dough out of carbquik and rolled it to about 1/2" thick and put it on top of this quiche mixture...it got crunchy and the egg is soft so the combo was great..

I baked it at 375 for about 20 minutes THEN put the bisquit on top then cooked at 425 for about 10/15 more minutes until browned....

I've included pics...

Hey sounds great. The possibilities of different dishes that can be made with that crust is endless. Was the consistancy of the wet dough stickier/harder to work with than a flour dough? What are the ingredients/measurements for "bisquit dough" using the Atkins bake mix? and the carb count? Thanks.
