Has anyone used it and does it work? I saw it at the store the other day and almost bought it, I'm having a harder time this go around than before, and feel like I need a little help. Any suggestions?

Haven't tried that, but one of the active ingredients is "hoodia" which I started yesterday. There is a thread here about it.
