Scored several PBs this week. New PB bench of 212 lbs today -
that's 12 lb up on my previous max. I then tried for a 225 a
few minutes afterwards, but it buried me.

Also - incline DB presses, 80 lb DBs, for 2 X 4, and DB rows
at 110 lb for 2 X 5.

Bow before me...colossus of yore etc.

So - how y'all doin'?

Congrats...how long have you been at it ??

I think this is the first year that I've been hitting the gym
that I haven't gotten stronger...but then I changed my routine
this year and am lifting less. I used to do a 3-on,
1-off...now I'm down to a three full body workouts a week (HST
like)...getting old I guess. The only other times I didn't
gain was when I was on a 'break'...

Congratulations, Stephen - it's especially rewarding to hit
PR's at an advanced age.

On and off, about six years or so. (I'm 48). My training over
the past couple of years has been very sporadic at best, and I
had a long lay-off during 2003. I only started training really
consistently again at the start of January this year.

I've been on a 3 workouts/week, full body, following a
HST-type routine as well.

12lb PR, not bad. Another one of those and you'll be up
to 2 wheels.
