Last night we broiled pollock. Cheap no name boneless brand.

Smeared on some mayo and topped with crushed pork rinds.

Hubby said it was a keeper!!! :roll:

Stupid question??? Do you top with mayo and pork rind crumbs after, or before, broiling?

Also, how long on each side?

(Not a big fish cook! Can you tell? But it sounds good.)

Topped it before broiling. (not a stupid question :D )
Then just cooked it on the one side. Heated the broiler pan up for 10 min first in the oven, then broiled it about 5 inches from the top of the oven for about 10 min. Until flakey.

You can even broil fish from a fozen state, but I have not tried that.
