OK not far to go to reach my goal now . I have been staying under 25g grams of carbs the whole time , and currently loose maybe nothing to 1lb per week at the moment. The question is do I
1. Stay at 25g of carbs until goal
2. Increase to 30g for 2 weeks, then 35g for two weeks
Any advise from people in my situation welcomed
Im pretty much in the same boat as you, as i get to about 5lbs from my goal weight, im gonna go into a 4 week plan of upping 5-10g/week (as per OWL) im also planning to up my exercise routine in that time too.
Then im going to stay at that level (prolly 50g/day) until i get to my goal, when ever that happens i will rejoice till the cows come home, and then prolly move onto lifetime maintenance!
Hopefully i will be at my target around my birthday in april! My next target is then to run in the GNR later this year, that target will most likey keep on the right track for a long time to come.

i cannot elaborate (sorrY) but in my opinion i say increase your carbs to 30g for a week and see if you lose any weight. because i was told that the 20g only gets rid of the water weight then increasing the carbs adding more salads actually make you lose the weight.....? not sure but hey if you feel its safe add another 5g and so on...
