I am new to this forum, and not even sure if I aminteh right place, but I will take a shot. Someone told me that CLA helps burn belly fat. I am chekcing it out online, but has anyone used it, and what happened? any side effects, etc.? Is it worth spending the $$ on it. I am taking OoO and green tea, plus my vitamin. any input would be great.
