Can anyone explain to me how to get my photo attached to my log-in name? I'm not very technically savvy. Do I need to have a scanner, or what?

I've explained to another member how to do this, you can either go to the list of message threads here in this Comments forum, and look for "How do I add Picture/Icon to my profile?" by scrolling down the list OR you can click here (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11884) to open a new window.

If you want to use your own photo, it has to be saved on your computer ... whether it's a scanned picture or from a digital camera.
