Is this normal with induction?

i have noticed a headache during the first days of induction as your body weans itself off of sugars. if you have given up caffeine, as dr atkins reccomends, this can contribute to a headache also.it goes away in a few days as you adjust to the change of eating! it will get better! hang in there!

Yup, headaches are common during the first few days of induction. It is part of the "induction flu."

I gave up my heavy diet coke habit and went on induction at the same time. Worst headache I have ever had.

It will pass, just give it some time. Feel better soon!
