A lot of people list their menus in their journals, and some provide a link to their fitday records. Browse some journals and you will find what you are looking for. Good luck!

One of my FAVORITE recipes I recently found is a Chicken Broccoli Mix. I make a pan of it and eat it for lunch over a few days. I dont have carb counts right in front of me but it's pretty low carb. Maybe someone will comment on it.

Recipe:

4 Chicken Breasts, cooked in butter, sprinkled with a little garlic powder and parsley.
2 cups Cook Broccolli
1 cup mushrooms
1 jar of Carb Option Alfredo Sauce

I cook the chicken, remove and then cook the veggies in the butter/chicken liquid. When veggies are done, add the chicken back in, add sauce and serve. VERY filling and very delicious!!
