I like the Four Brothers Alfredo sauce for 3 carbs per 1/4 cup.
Here's what I did:
Steam large crowns of broccoli - cut into spears. Use one large crown per serving.
Arrange broccoli on the bottom of a 1 quart dish. Add strips of leftover grilled chicken - one breast per serving. Top with 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce from the jar. Top with grated parmesan. Heat through in the oven at 350 degrees. YUM!
