Sugar Free Gum

I tend to chew a fair amount of sf gum. I tend to grind my teeth at work. I have not had any problems from it. However, sugar alcohols in the gum affect everyone differently. For some people it can cause an insulin spike not unlike sugar. It is one of those YMMV (your milage may vary).

Absolutely ok! I chew 2-4 pieces of SF extra gum a day since day 1 and it has not deterred my weightloss at all! I recommend EXTRA. It has 2g sugar alcohols per piece and the gum lasts quite a while. The dark blue package is the best.

some of the sugar free gums contain baby laxative as the sweetner so its not good to chew to much of some of these

I like the Altoids gum... it's really minty! I wonder if they make a cinnamon gum?

Hooray!!! I seem to be losing weight so I guess it hasnt affected me too much.Erm I really miss the odd glass of wine tho, do think theres a chewing gum substitute for that!!!!!!!

I've heard of wine gums before... I don't know if that would do any good or not.

Spiderdust.............Altoids does make a cinnamon gum. We carry it in the store where I work.
