Hey All!!!!!Somehow(dont know how)I stumbled on a really cool recipes site,
Linda's Low Carb Menus.

FABULOUS!!! She tests out all kinds of recipes and then takes a picture of the finshed meal and even rates it!!! You all have to see!! Ive tried the fried "rice" Its gteat,very authentic tasting. :thup: :thup:

ajmom!!!!!!!!!!Where have you been? goat Lady and I have been wondering. How goes the weightloss battle? did you get your journal set up yet?
I did, once i searched around here and found out how to do it. I am really enjoying all this. it is helping to keep me on the right track.
we have another storm starting here, but i don't mind. Everyone is home safe and sound. we are all warm and cosy and i have a good store of low carb food! So it is all good.

I am in Nova Scotia too and the storm is mounting. Third one this week and I am not sure how much more shoveling I can endure. :eek: I can barely see out of my windows at this point. Whereabouts in Nova Scotia are you?
