:q: I would like to know if I can have Carbquik(for frying) and lowcarb syrup during the induction phase. I have a taste for some fried shrimp. Also, I would like to know if I can have low carb pancakes and lc syrup to change up for breakfast.

Thanks

NO - Enough said. All the things you mentioned above are for use when you get into maintanence, or even on a very slim occasion, during OWL. This is stuff that makes most people stall. Do a very, very clean 2 weeks and you will feel much better. It's not about replacing "Junk" with modified "Junk".

Sorry, if that came off a little harsh, "tough love". But I fell into the same trap during my first two months of LCing, and frankly didn't loose a thing. Then I did clean induction for 2 weeks, and BAM! 9lbs gone.

Good luck, and I applaude you for asking the questions.

I never thought I would be saying thank you for that butt kicking to anybody.

I must stick to my goal so there will be no modified junk for me.

Thanks

Here is a recipe, which is okay for induction, for a cream cheese pancake. I tried these, and they were pretty good.
