Saw this advertised on this site.

Have any of you tried it yet?
Erythritol I am familiar with - tagatose I'm not, but I've read lots of good things about it.
It does seem pricey for the size of the container. Like you could add it to coffee or tea, but one batch of low carb dessert would seemingly require more than one container.
Thanks

I've heard pretty amazing thigs about tagatose.
But zero calories? I'm a little skeptical of that claim.
And $70 a pound?!?!?!
Did Switzerland legalize marijuana? I'm guessing this has to have happened, since these people are on some serious drugs. ;)

I was thinking along the same lines
Not only that, but assuming the bulk is comprised of erythritol...what is driving this price except lack of competition?
Perhaps that's the problem? They're limited the licensing to drive the price?
Have you read anything that discusses why tagatose is not widely available? I remember one article last year that indicated it was hung up in some kind of legal issues.
As a side note, I heard that the gentleman who sells Whey Low was one of the original scientists involved in discovering/developing tagatose, but broke away to form his own company with his own product.
When it comes to artificial sweeteners, there always seems to be story or two behind the scenes.
