I found some Dr. Kracker seeded spelt crackers at Whole Foods last weekend and they are YUMMY. They are quite large (almost the same size as a slice of bread) and just 4.9 grams per cracker. One cracker is definitely more satisfying for me than a slice of 6 gram LC bread.

If you're looking for something crunchy for peanut butter, cream cheese, spinach dip, etc -- try these!

They only sell them by the case on their site, but I wanted to post a link for a picture and in case anyone wants to contact them to find out where to buy.
