I picked up this bread at Safeway because the net carb count for one slice says 3 net carbs..
However, when I went to customize this food in fit.day it comes back with an error saying that the calories dont match the fat,carbs, and protein?? Anyone else have this problem??

i HATE when products do that.. i guess it means they lied a little bit on their product.

hmm... i have never used fitday and always do the math in my head... i didn't find anything ostensibly wrong with this label?

This bread contains sugar alcohols which is why the numbers werent working out right.

huh? it does? which one? i dont remember seeing any in the label!! i need to go back to safeway and check!!
