Hi- I just wanted to let you all know that there are excellent recipes for LC on tv. If you have cable and watch the Food Network, there is a show called "low carb and loving it" and a few others which has great tips and advice for cooking lc. Watching how easy it can be to prepare low carb meals has helped me greatly. But, be aware there are other shows on there that are not (can be tempting) but if you watch at the right time, it is pretty motivating! Good Luck everyone :wave:

You have to watch George, he is way past induction. I like his show, but have to watch his recipes for foods not allowed on induction. I wish he would do more meals for induction.

My son gave me an Atkins Cookbook and there are very few recipes in it for induction, most are for Phases 3 & 4.

REALLY, Induction is where we NEED the HELP!!
