I have a new fav. food.

For those that liked peanut butter, you may find Sunny butter a good substitute. It is made from sunflower seeds,
2tblsp. serving has:
185cal
.5carb
5grams carb
18grams fat
4grams protein.

I origanally ordered it through atkins.com, but am now ordering it from the company direct at dixiediner.com. They have numerous other low crb products as well.

I'd love to know, too. I recently tried tahini (sesame butter), and although it's ok, I don't think it's my favorite. I bet sunflower seed butter would be a bit tastier. :)

Dixiediner.com
carries it and other low carb products.

Also, atkins.com carries it as well.

Speaking as someone with peanut allergies, sunflower seed butter tastes very similar to peanut butter.
