Im off for 2 weeks xmas vacation...I went out and bought SBD book a few weeks ago and finished the book last week...ive been on LC for almost 2 years but nothing works for me...i do all by the books lost 10 on Atkins about 2yrs ago but thats it...i couldnt handle Atkins anymore after 10months or so cause it was too much fat for me...i cant stomach that...then i did the zone and that didnt work for me during 2months or so...i asked tons of questions and read tons of stuff in this forum LC among others...i bought other books too and read but its all bascially the same diets...then i bought Fat Flush Plan which is probably the only one that worked a bit for me and losted some inches but no weight...so that was good cause in a way I losted something...after about 5 months it didnt do anything anymore....so i decided to try SBD...been on it since yesterday only....its too soon to say anything....i know i dont have a lot to lose either and its longer...but i did try them all and did give them all a good few months so it would be fair to judge them...im that odd ball that whatever i do it has to be 2-3x harder than a normal person...even in exercises...have to double everything for results...ive exercised all my life and worked hard so i guess the body is use to it and needs harder results... :mad: anyhow
Ok so i read the SBD book didnt say anything new if youve read tons of others like i did...what i didnt find right is that 3/4 of the book is recipes...just a 1/4 is info...i thought i was going to read something different but no...oh well...hopefully i will get more answers from what you guys post...and i find that is the best way to understand cause we all did something differently on a diet that might work for one and not for the other person...its good to read posts..so hopefully we all keep posting...
