So I started the diet again about 4 days ago and i've lost around 6 pounds. I would like to lose atleats 10 more before Saturday. I know this will not happen unless i starve myself but still ...a girl can dream. I've been thinking about trying the master cleanser diet but have heard some bad things about it. I don't know...
Has anyone heard anything here?

Brandie, I feel so sad when I see you are still talking about trying to lose more weight.
You do not need to lose an ounce, and as I know you have been told many times, you will be seriously underweight if you reach your stated goal of 95 pounds.
Please, do consider seeing a counsellor to help you with your distorted view of yourself. :there:

Be realistic Brandi....you know how many people out there would love to have a goal like yours? you exercising? maybe you should realize what is really going on around you like Thailand and the other countries around Thailand cause they really have problems now...you shouldnt freak out like you are for 10-15lbs...be careful so you dont end up on pills cause the weight has gone to your head...be a step ahead and get control of yourself and DONT let it bother you as much...life is too short and im sure your young too and youve got a whole life ahead of you...add exercises afterall you live in long beach CA...i would be walking along the beach everyday if i lived there....i powerwalk in snow these days...trust me i rather walk in sand!...I was watching a program not long ago on tv about CA and all them women out there with perfect bodies, there are more then 50% of them that had something done to them to look like that...at least your doing it the right way and saving your money too...

Hello Lanny,
yes, I know that i have a problem. I was once anorexic. I was down to 82 pounds at my lowest weight. I do see a shrink about my problem. It will never go away though. I do feel happy at 95 though. I love when people tell me that i look to thin and that i need to gain weight.
I guess that's part of the disease...

Brandy,
Please stop where you are until you have gone back to the MD who initially treated you for the anorexia. Your weight is moving into a dangerous range, especially for someone with your history. While you may "feel happy at 95 pounds" it is unlikely that your body will be healthy at that weight or lower.

I agree with smfdoc and all the others too!!
I have said these thing to you before and you seemed to ignore me. I think you spend way too much time in your head obsessing about your weight.
do you tell your shrink how much you actually obsess over this?
Have you ever heard of meditation? It would be a good idea for someone like yourself as it helps to control the mental chatter and you have alot of it. :agree:
Please!! do take good care!!
