Terminalia Arjuna commonly known as Arjuna a tree widely grown
in India has been in use for problems related to heart . The
powdered bark one teaspoon boiled in milk / water twice a day
is found affective in angina , hypertension and clogged
arteries .
In ayurvedic medicine many forms of tablets are in vouge .
This is very cheap and easily accessible . Any experiments
in the west on its usage ?
