I'm making these for dinner tonight. I'm making four pounds of them, (because I had a 4 pound bag of frozen drummettes), but you can halve the recipe if you don't want so many.

Parmesan Wings
4 pounds chicken wings (I used just the drummettes)
2 cups parmesan cheese (fresh grated is best)
2 Tablespoons Oregano
2 Tablespoons Parsley
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup melted butter

I do mine in large Zip-Lock bags, (less cleanup), but you can do them the traditional way also.
Put melted butter in one bag. Add the chicken. Seal bag and squish it around till all chicken is coated.
Put everything else in a 2nd bag. Mix it up. Add a couple of pieces of chicken at a time to the cheesy bag. Shake until coated. Put the coated pieces on a greased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, turning them when they brown.

I just made these last weekend and my son and his friends inhaled them. The recipe is from Dana Carpender's "heroin wings." Very, very important to put foil on your pan as the description says at this link... the clean up is awful if not!

These are really good......better than I expected. They tasted just like fried chicken wings.
