The Smarter Carb vanilla meringues cookies... anyone tried these? The box says 0 NET carbs but they appear to have high sugar alcohols. Any thoughts? They're tasty, but I don't want to stall myself.

yeah, I would stay away from them. They are like pure puffed Maltitol!

You can make your own meringue cookies with Splenda (or other sugar substitute) and avoid the sugar alcohols. That might be a better option.
