well ...i started the diet again yesterday and the scale says that i've lost 3 pounds. I'm sure it's all water weight but still it was nice to see.....
since i've gained the weight back i just haven't had any desire to keep up with myself. i mean i'm fat so why bother......
i haven't put on makeup in 3 weeks ,haven't plucked my eyebrows....haven't dressed up..........
I'm really worried about staying chubby. I can't stand the sight of my big fat thighs......
I want to bea size 0 again sooooo bad..... I'll do anything

First, great job on the 3 pound weight loss. Whether it be water weight or real weight, I think most of us will take it any way we can get it. :D So, put on some make-up, get dressed, pluck your eye brows and go for a walk!!! :)

You weigh 106 pounds and you are calling yourself chubby and fat? You are so depressed about it that you won't take care of yourself and you get a "why bother" attitude?
I mean this with all of the caring I have in my heart. Please see someone. It is obvious you suffer for poor self-image. Look at what happened when you gained a few pounds? You fell into a depressive state. That is not healthy physically nor mentally. The physical you is only the outside of you. The inner you is more important. Please take care of that as well.
*hug*
Take care.
