Found this at our local Super Wal-Mart the other day, Tony Chachere's Tur-Duc-Hen Roll Seasoned and Stuffed, in the meat dept. with the turkeys. It was very good, and easy to prepare from frozen state. The description reads: A seasoned turkey breast stuffed with layers of duck, chicken and creole pork sausage. Total Carbs: 2 Fiber-1 8oz. serving=290 calories. Liked it soo much, bought another one. It may just be a seasonal thing though.

wow that sounds fabulous! I will have to check Walmart here (though there are no Super Walmarts near me, most of the close ones at least have a small grocery section)
