If I understand it correctly, with atkins you don't really have to watch calories. However I've been wondering if there is such a thing as too many. On fit day my calories go from 15-1900 per day. That seems like ALOT. The thing is, once I start my new workout program it is going to be pretty heavy duty and I'm hoping that I'm right where I should be to keep up my strength for the workouts. My % are 65-70 Fat/30-35 Pro/3-10 Carbs. My menu really isn't that different. But to try and cover a variety of foods I'll eat the same menu 2 weeks at a time, then change.

What do you think?

I think you're perfectly fine. Just eat what makes you full and don't worry about the calories. Not everyday is gonna be perfect.

i think at first you should just concentrate on the carbs and not even worry about the calories until this STOPS working....then you can look at your calories and start tweaking!

keep up the great work!
