first of all i would like to thank everyone here for answering my posts and clearing my doubts and supporting me all this time. u guys r the best!!!!!!!

i'm going to start with phase 2 tomorrow. i lost 12 pounds in phase 1 so i'm pretty happy to add some fruits in my diet.
however, i would like to know if i can have one slice of wholemeal or multi grain bread everyday and also if i'm allowed to use teriyaki sauce (it contains little sugar though) and mustard? i love tea but i had stopped drinking it during phase 1, i would like to have one cup of tea per day in phase 2.
u're advice would be appreciated as usual and thanks once again for everything!

On your question? I wouldn't add bread everyday. I would just start out slow and try it like 2 times a week. These carbs that are added back in should be healthy ones. You will just have to experiment. Your body will tell ya and show how it will effect it. I dont eat much bread, but I have added back in fiber cereal but only once or twice a week and fruit almost daily. The more carbs you add back in, the slower your weight will be. Also, hot tea is fine. I drink de-caf tea hot and cold. The caffine can make you have cravings ( everyone is different)..so experiment with that one as well..
This is a trial and error WOE..so just experiment..Congrats getting thru your first phase and best of luck on the 2nd one..
