Hi,
Iīm a bit confused with the SB food list. It says no fruits during phase I. Does lemon/lime count as fruit?
Are onions limited? Is Olive Oil unlimited or do I have to be counting (calories, fat o carbs)? How about tomatoes and balsamic vinegar? And fat-free cheese?
I ask because on one hand, the diet seems to say donīt worry about counting, but on the other, the sample menus look very restrictive.
Thanks
Emma

SBD is upgrading their foods that are allowed. We used onions, and tomato's from the start. But keep in mind they are a little higher carb. As to lemons I use a small wedge in water each day (use the same on all day). Not sure if this helps you or not.

Proteins are unlimited. Olive oil is to be used as a condiment and while it is good for us, it is to be used in a limited way, it is not unlimited. LImit cheese intake as it constipates.

Thanks! I didnīt know cheese has that effect (Iīm a cheese freak).
And now I know I have to keep it low with carbs, even if they come from veggies.
Thanks again!
