hi all!
on Sunday i'll complete Phase 1 and go to Phase 2 though i thought of continuing with Phase 1 for one more week.
when i started the diet i was fine however since yesterday i've been feeling very weak. i just want to lay on bed all day long and don't even feel like using my treadmill. what happened? i was doing fine! advice would be appreciated.

I completely understand. Yesterday I just wanted to sleep all day & eat whatever I wanted, but I didn't cheat. I think it's important to make sure you are getting plenty of rest. I haven't been so I think that's what had me feeling all crazy yesterday. I did go to bed earlier than normal last night and I feel much improvement today. Hope you start feeling better!

It would really help if you start a journal and log your food daily. This way we can take a look and give you feedback.
I too, felt weak at the beginning but have gotten past it. Make sure you are eating enough, drinking all your water, having all your snacks.Snacks are a very important part of this plan....don't avoid them.!!
Also, I take potassium supplement and had to take extra iron as I was very anemic. You may want to check your blood with a doctor to see if you are anemic. I also take a mulit vitamin daily. :D

Thanks Perkins and Judy. really appreciate it. though i drink a lot of water and never miss my snacks but i guess i'll try to have more greens or probably i'm close to that time of the month so i'm feeling a little weird. thanks once again.

Once you get to phase II, I'm sure that some fruit will help you to feel better. Also, adding more greens may not be enough...have some more protein with your meals.
And there would be nothing wrong with having a piece of fruit now and starting your phase II a tiny bit early!!
The formula with water is 1/2 ounce for every pound that you weigh. So I should be drinking over 100 ounces per day and I don't rink that much BUT I do drink at least 64 ounces per day!! :D

I found that I could feel better if I ate more veggies that are a little sweet like bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, romaine, etc if I eat a generous salad I feel a little better.
