I am doing well on SB. Down 7 lbs at day 10. (I also kicked up my cardio at day 1.) I only have 8 lbs to hit my goal of 150. Should I stay in phase 1? I am looking forward to a bowl of cereal again. Anyone have a safe list of cereals besides Uncle Sam. I am used to Honey Bunches of Oats and Kashi(honey). They each have 6g sugar & 25g carbs. Can't deal with eggs much longer!!! Any suggestions?

I do not think honey bunches of oats and kashi are a good idea. Honestly (I am no food expert) I think the safest cereals would be things like Uncle Sam's, Fiber One, any unsweetened bran flakes, and steel cut oats. Carbs that are whole grain and with lots of fiber.

Another good one is old fashioned oat meal...not the instant version as the GI is higher.

I like Uncle Sam's with flax seeds.
