Since I am having trouble with the sugar alcohols in like splenda/nutra-sweet etc..A friend of mine told me to go to the Health Food store and look ..I did find one that is Stevia. Which is maltodextrose free. I was wondering if anyone has used this before? Having a realtionship with the toilet from the sugar alcohols is getting old and I imagine its not good for your system :(
Wondering if anyone has tried this sweetner? ;)

Thanks

I tried it but found it tasted bitter. Didn't have any reaction
like I do to sugar alcohols tho. I went back to splenda.

Stevia is suppose to be a great alternative. But if you use to much it tends to be bitter. I guess you really have to know how to dose it.

steviva.com This is their web site and it has a lot of info. I know this is a natural product, and can taste bitter is too much is used. My mother in law used some in cole slaw for us at a cookout this summer. But I've not bought any to try.
