I can't believe that i have replies so quickly..
I have been trying to loose weight all my life, with some
success.. but keeping it off has always been the problem.
Now that i've turned 40 all of the old faithfull ways are not
working any more. I had some success last year with a variation
of the Atkins diet, but it was very slow and I just slipped back into old habbits. However I went on holiday recently, and after looking at the video and photo's it was a shock to see just how much weight I had actually gained...
and being laughed at all over Indonesia didn't help. I laughed along with the locals at the time, and being called sumo was taken lightly (as I know they meant no harm, not like at home)
but i guess it did start to affect me by the end. Seeing the video just finished me off.
So this is it.
Make or break time...
