This whole interview just angered me. These people sound uneducated though they are "experts". They say using Ketones for the brain is bad, that on low carb diets you break down muscle tissue etc, etc. At the end, one of them went so far to say that doing a long-term study on Low carb eating would be unethical becuase scientisits already "know" its dangerous!

What would these "experts" say if the interviewer asked if, just 10,000 years ago, bread, pasta etc. were part of a balanced diet?
They say you shouldn't cut out a food group. Our ancient ancestors didn't even have the same "food groups" that we do. AHHHH I am so angry at such remarks!

I was watching TV few hours ago and someone was talking about low carb diets. He said that these diets have faded to nothing. The interviewer asked him "Do you mean nobody is now doing them?" He said "No. When these diets go, they don't end completely. Few people always continue doing them." :)

Sorry, I forgot to tell you that I could not hear your audio. My computer is probably lacking the necessary software.
