I posted about this before, but I have been thin since 1999. Just wondering if anyone else has been their goal weight at least over two years? This is true, but three years after my weight loss, it occurred to me that I would pretty much stay thin. Anyone else?

I have managed to always stay in my "zone" (110 to 114), just by still watching what I eat. I am short (5'3"), so this weight range suits me. Other then that, I can eat anything. I eat three times a day, rarely, if ever, in between meals. I also walk to work everyday
