I found this recipe online a while back and never make it until last night. We were having Mexican Quiche and I wanted something to go with it. So I whipped this up and OMG is this stuff good.
We ate it on our quiche and also used pork rinds as a chip to dip it with. I loved it and I don't even like pork rinds.
Mexican Green Sauce Dip
Ingredients:
4 Avocados
1 (16 oz.) container Sour Cream
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 (4 oz.) can Green Chili Peppers
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Lemon juice
3 oz. Cream Cheese
Preparation Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a large food processor or a blender, process or blend until smooth.
Use as a sauce or as a dip.
