Hey guys!
Just seen a recipe for beetroot and celeriac dauphinoise....how are the aforementioned veggies for carbs?

Here's what I found:
Beetroot: (per 100g or 3.5oz)
Carbs: 8g - that's on the high side, probably too high for Atkins (around where carrots fall on the list I believe).
celeriac dauphinoise:
as far as I can tell, this is a potato/cream/celery root dish. The celeriac (aka celery root) is acceptable though on the higher carb list on the Atkins site. The Dauphinoise is the potato part. That's a no-no.

Hey Paladiin,
The recipe didnt include potatoes.....Dauphinoise is the way in which its cooked! - Gonna try it i think, weekend treat!
