I know this is a side effect of being successfully on Atkins, but I can't STAND it. I'm living on Binaca blasts. ANyone have any other remedies, my breath stinks so bad I can taste it, and it doesn't taste good! mouthwashes don't seem to help, and chewing gum makes me hungry (not sure if gum is allowed on atkins anyway.) are their any breath mints allowed? or those literine film things that dissolve on your tongue? someone please help, I'll never get a date at this rate!

How much water are you drinking? Because the very best way of disguising the smell/taste is to drown it. Really! The more you dilute the ketones, the less you (and everyone else ;)) will be aware of the situation.
Besides, drinking plenty of water helps in so many other ways.
